Abstract
Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect for chronic nephritis of the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin with the method of nourishing both qi and yin. Methods :84 cases treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction and its modified formulas. Results :By comparing,the main symptoms and the common indices such as the quantity of protein,Cr,BUN,C 3,IgA,IgG,IgM all had significant changes. Conclusions :The method of nourishing both qi and yin had a comparatively good therapeutic effect on the chronic nephritis of the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.
