Abstract

FAAS was applied to the determination of Cu,Fe,Zn,K and Na in Kuhuang injection and the raw Chinese medicines,Chinese rhubarb,capillary artemisia,root of chinse thorowax,kushen and etc,using HCl (2+98) and n-butyl alcohol(6+94) as matrix modifier for iron and zinc respectively,and HNO_3(2+98) as matrix modifier for copper,potassium and sodium. The results of analysis of 5 above-mentioned medicine samples gave RSD′s less than 4% and recoveries in the range of 92.6%-112.1%.
