Abstract

The content of two trace elements in Aloe analysed by air-acetylene fire atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results show that the content of Fe is 638 μg/g,Zn is 244 μg/g,the recoveries of elements are within 95% to 102.5% and RSD of 7.06% to 3.63%.The detection limits were Fe 0.011 μg/mL,Zn 0.002 μg/mL respectively.
