Study on efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS The 117 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with Venoruton injection,while the treatment group was infused with Shuxuetong injection.The two groups were continuously treated for 14 d.The changes of Neurological functional deficit scores,MRS scores,Barthel index(BI),APTT,PT,and Fbg were observed between two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the neurological function deficit scores and MRS scores were decreased,Barthel index(B I) were increased,and the levels of hemorheology indexes were ameliorated significantly in the Shuxuetong injection group.CONCLUSION Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
