Reflection on the Marxism Learning Party Construction——Take Anhui Province as Example

Following the conception of effort in construction of learning put forward in The Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC,the strategic target to construct the Marxism learning party was raised again in The Fourth Plenum of the 17th CPC.The learning party is a kind of construction pattern raised according to Chinese actual needs and based on the reference to the overseas modern pedagogy and the modern management theory.It is significant to summarize the party's construction experience profoundly.It is inevitable requirements in complying with the times,enhancing party's capabilities as well as essential promotions in economic society developments and local growing up accelerations.However,there are still some problems of realization and realism exist in Marxism learning party construction.The construction way suggests that the theory construction is the foundation;the party's academic discipline construction is the key link;the learning style construction is the basic guarantee;the study method is the essential carrier.
