Abstract

The idea of strengthening study increasingly becomes the decisive factor for the party heading for the forward position all along and leading China's progress as well as the important basis for the party improving its creativity,cohesive force and battle effectiveness.The construction of a learning party is an important strategic task proposed by the Fourth Plenum of the 17th Party Central Committee and its fundamental project.The CPC will be built into the learning party of Marxism,which is the CPC's extension on idea of party construction.
