Abstract
In this paper,with the CCD experiment,the extraction technology of water-soluble polysaccharides and alkali-soluble polysaccharides were optimized. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of water-soluble polysaccharides is:the extraction temperature 94.34 ℃,the extraction time 3.5 h and the ratio of water and power 1:61.88,and at this condition the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharides was 6.78%. At the same time the optimal extraction technology of alkali-soluble polysaccharides is:the concentration of NaOH 1.816 mol/L,the extraction time 1.7 h and the ratio of NaOH and power 1:60,at this condition the extraction rate of alkali-soluble polysaccharides was 3.95%.
