Clinical Efficacy Analyse about jianpibazhen cake on Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen and stomach qi deficiency

Objective To Analyse the Clinical Efficacy of jianpibazhen cake treating functional dyspepsia with Spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods 438 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,329 patients in treatment group and 109 patients in control group.The treatment group received jianpibazhen cake for treatment,control group received xiaoshijianpi pill,a course of 4 weeks.Then,the curative effect of two groups and the adverse reaction were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was(90.58%) compared with control group(81.65%),the difference was significant(P0.05);adverse reaction rate of the treatment group(1patient),the control group(0 patient),the two grous has no difference with comparison(P0.05).Conclusion Jianpibazhen cake is more effective than xiaoshijianpi pill in treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen and stomach qi deficiency patients,the treatment group in the anorexia reduce,early satiety,abdominal distention,loose stools soft and other major aspects are better than the control group.
