Abstract

Historical and cultural block,the main element of city heritage,should gain much emphasis on its protection and development.Take Zhangzhou for example,the paper points out the periodical achievement Zhangzhou historical and cultural blocks have made and analyses the underlying problems.Three suggestions concerning to development and construction have been proposed to earn eternal charm of the historical cultural blocks.
