Teachers' professional ethics is the important dimension of their specialization.The development of western teachers' professional ethics has the following features:specialization of the norms and the structure of teachers' professional ethics,teacher-student relationship being the core of the norms of teachers' professional ethics,and internal penetration being the main method of ethical education.In China,the norms of teachers' professional ethics should be made operable and legally justifiable;cultivation of teachers' professional ethics more penetrative;the system for teacher employment more stringent.
