Reflections on the development of teachers' professional ethics

To develop teachers' professional ethics, on the one hand, we should better our propaganda and education of teachers' professional ideal, strengthen the building of leaders' working style, be strict in the administration of teaching, quantify the measurement and, on the other hand, stress the self-cultivation of teachers' professional ethics, strengthen the conviction of teacher's professional ethics, and insist on the integration of theory and practice, self-education and self-perfection.
