Effect of rehabilitation nursing on total knee arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on total knee arthroplasty.Methods 68 patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty were divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional knee replacement perioperative nursing.The experimental group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing plan.The postoperative pain and knee rehabilitation were observed.Results Postoperative pain score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Two months after treatment,the knee joint function index score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing system applied to patients with total knee arthroplasty can significantly reduce the pain after the operation,promote the knee function recovery and improve patient quality of life.
