Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with total knee arthroplasty pain of knee joint function

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with total knee arthroplasty pain of knee joint function. Methods 60 cases of knee arthroplasty were selected from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital. All the patients were divided into the intervention group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to different nursing method, and control group received routine nursing care, the intervention group patients in perioperative period received the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures, the pain scores(VAS) changes of the two groups after 1 d, 3 d, 7 d after operation and the excellent and good rate and evaluation of two group patients were compared. Results The VAS scores after operation 3 d, 7 d of intervention group and the control group were significantly lower than postoperative 1 d, with significant difference(P0.05), and VAS scores after operation 3 d, 7 d of intervention group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference(P 0.05). The evaluation of knee joint function intervention group had no case of poor, the postoperative knee HSS score the excellent and good rate was 90.0%, the excellent and good rate of knee joint function was significantly higher than that in control group(70.0%), between two groups with statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion For patients with total knee arthroplasty in operation at the same time the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures is conducive to reduce the pain of patients, improve the function of knee joint.
