Distributed Computer Control System of Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract

According to the characteristics of production process of coal preparation plant,the application of(Siemens) PLC in DCS system in coal preparation plant was introduced in the paper,the control stra-(tegy) of master station and slave station was emphatically analyzed.The software flow, programming(method) of HMI and undisturbed switching system were discussed.The practical application showed that this system can reduce failure rate effectivelly and improve economic benefit prominently.
