Abstract

In view of the difficulty of complex production process of coal preparation plant and operation, designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and force control configuration software of coal flow control system of coal preparation plant. Using S7-300 PLC to realize on-site control and remote centralized control, at the same time, the real-time data and transmitted to the PC to monitor the equipment operation, equipment failure and other data record and query in time, to improve the degree of modernization of coal preparation plant at the same time reduce the labor intensity of workers,ensuring the safety and reliability of production.
