Abstract
Research on knowledge-sharing mechanism of dynamic alliance is an important part to promote its knowledge innovation.In this paper,we use evolution game theory methods to study it,and the results show that member enterprises' choice of knowledge-sharing strategy will be affected by its own or other partners's knowledge level,the capacity of knowledge transformation between them,knowledge-sharing degree and the potential risk in the process of knowledge-sharing,and the bigger,andand the smaller,the greater probability of evolution in the direction of(share,share) will be in the knowledge-sharing system of dynamic alliance.To achieve this goal,dynamic alliance must take the corresponding knowledge government mechanism.
