Abstract

The dynamic mechanism of knowledge alliance gives an impetus to the maintenance of the sustenance and development of the alliance.Viewed in perspective of its contract aspect,there are four elements,i.e.economy,knowledge,capability and credibility,in dynamic mechanism,which is virtually the equilibrium of the effects and costs of the elements.Based on the willingness of enterprises in their engagement in the alliance and on a comparative analysis of situations in terms of game theory,a model of dynamic mechanism is attempted to adjust to different situations.
