Observation of the Curative Effect of rhG-CSF on the Leucocyte Reduction of Malignant Tumor Patients After Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of rhG-CSF on theleucocyte reduction of malignant tumor patients after chemotherapy. Methods:69 malignant tumourpatients, diagnosed definitely by pathology were divided into two groups at random: 35 cases inobservation group, 34 cases in general medicine group. Observe the group and use rhG-CSF 150g/d, for 1 ~ 5 days, hypodermic injection. The general medicine group selects drug therapy, suchas leucogen, etc. for use, take 7ds orally in succession. Stop the drug after ANC drop to minimumvalue and then going up exceed 5×109/L 2 times or more than 2 times. Results:The changes of theaverage of the total amount of leucocytes and ANC average had remarkable difference before andafter two groups of patients treated (P 0.05). There are the bad reactions slight bone aches or theskin aches, weak. Conclusion:rhG-CSF can reduce the ANC reduction after chemotherapy, thereis no obvious poisonous and side reaction, it can be regarded as the valuable auxiliary medicine intumour chemotherapy.
