Abstract

Disaster backup and recovery techniques can efficiently ensure the normal work of computer systems when disaster occurs, so disaster backup and recovery becomes a very important aspect in the information security field. In this paper, we introduce the concept of disaster backup and recovery and relative indexes,and analyse the main disaster backup related techniques. After this, we discuss the fundamental problems involved in disaster recovery,and finally we view the future development of disaster backup and recovery.
