A Survey on Disaster Backup and Recovery Techniques

Abstract

Disaster recovery technology is one of the important means to ensure the information system security and business continuity.In this paper,we introduce the concept of disaster backup and recovery,indexes and relative standards,and analyses the main disaster backup and recovery techniques.Finally we view the future development of disaster backup and recovery,give advices that good management is also very important to a complete disaster recovery plan besides the technical factors to the disaster recovery plan of Enterprise,in order to provide some help to the disaster recovery system.
