Abstract

We have been trying to make a uniform code of administrative Procedure in the People's Republic of China.Our aim should be to achieve a great deal with less cost in making and implementing administrative procedure law.In order to realize the aim,we have to take cost-benefit analysis of problems in making and implementing administrative procedure law.And this article will be helpful for how to frame the administrative procedure law in the PRC.
