Study on Procedure of Administrative Assistance

Being the necessary means of remedying irrational division of labor for a country which implements hierarchical system,administrative assistance should be initially regarded as a principle dealing with the cooperative relationship among administrative bodies,as done abroad.Studying the procedure of administrative assistance needs not to learn from foreign legislation experience simply,but to select a suitable legislative mode and build China's own one comprehensively,basing on relevant theoretical research and the whole administrative procedure legalization construction as well as reasonable combination of foreign experience and China's practical administration conditions.
