Abstract

The veto of five countries invested by the UN Charter is the result of the compromise of the great countries after the WarⅡ.The Veto regime have operated significantly in the procedure of decision-making of the UN Security Council.The world situation have change after the War,so have the foundation of the Veto.The reform is urgent.The change of the international relationship makes the reform feasible.The target of every reforming measures is to make the decision-making more reasonable in favor of the world peace.
