After entering the 21st century,the United Nations finds it more and more difficult to accommodate with the requirement of the development of the international society.It neads an urgent reform,to The system of veto of the great powers is an essential system in the UN and has done great contribution to maintaining world peace and security.But such a system,has,to some extent,put the UN's reform into a dilemma which threatens its unshakeable position.
