According to the evolution trajectory oflifelong educationandlifelong learningconcept in the educational policy documents,this paper analyzed the evolution process from thelifelong educationto thelifelong learning. The concept oflifelong learningreflects the adjustment of our education policy reorientation,which consists: promoting the learning society building by ideas implementation; building lifelong learning service system by the platform construction; broadening the form of lifelong learning by emphasizing on the individuals; meeting the needs of international education development by adjusting to the international standards.
