The Construction of Education System Based on Transformation of Lifetime Study from Lifetime Education

Since being proposed in the 60s of last century,the thought of has aroused extensive concern in the international community.In the evolution of education,the lifelong learning has come within people's range of vision,and it's tending to substitute education.However,did the lifelong learning promote the progress of in theory and in practice? Especially in terms of teacher education,is it conducive to the building of teacher's system,as well as to the improvement of the quality of teachers and professional development? This article holds that we should make a further thinking on the converting from life-long education to lifelong learning,by attaching weight to learners' entity,we should emphasize on the responsibility of the government.
