Abstract

Vanadium was extracted from stone coal by fluidization roasting and acid leaching. The effects of parameters of roasting and leaching on vanadium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium is 83.90% under the optimum conditions including fluidization roasting at 750℃for 15 min, dosage of leaching agent of calcium fluoride of 5%,volume concentration of sulfuric acid of15%,leaching temperature of 98 ℃,leaching time of 6h,and ratio of liquid to solid of 1.5∶1.
