The Development of the Party's Construction Theory through Building the Marxism-Learning-Oriented Political Party

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Congress of Chinese Communist Party proposed the task of building Marxism-Learning-Oriented Political Party,which is of great significance to promote the Party's Construction:the building of Marxism-Learning-Oriented Political Party deepens people's knowledge of the Party spirit,the position on which Marxism is considered as the guiding ideology for the party is strengthened,and the persistent-effect mechanism for the Party's progressiveness construction is established,the new way of the construction of the party's governance capability is put forward,the new mutually promoting mechanism for the Party's construction and socialist construction is initiated,the Party's learning principles,contents,management and organization safety are innovated.Thus,a new learning model has been formed.
