Abstract

Objective To observe the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with heart failure. Methods Seventy-two cases of heart failure patients were selected as research object, with the circadian rhythm of blood pressure monitoring by pressure monitor. Results The abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with heart failure was higher than that in control group, the difference had statistical significance ( P 0.05), cardiac function in patients with abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure grade Ⅱ was higher than grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ, the difference had statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal circadian rhythm is a meaningful clinical index in patients with heart failure.
