6S Professional Quality of Students in Vocational Training

This article combined with the 6S concept of career management, on higher vocational education must adapt to society, so students ' exposure to social, ideological education and labour education,develop the knowledge and professional skills development objectives in exploring talent training model and teaching method of professional quality implementation of 6S. Through 6S in higher vocational colleges professional advancement, promotion of students to the role of employees, better employment oriented vocational education and training tasks.
