Abstract
Objective To compare the mouse embryos of development status of difference culture methods in vitro, and explore the affect of volume of cultare solutior for culture in vitro. Methods Mouse embryos at the 2-cell stage collected after mating were divided into two group. Group A was cultured in 20μl of medium volume, group B was cultured in 50μl of medium volume. The embryonic development was observed. Results The blastocyst formation rates at 96 hours in group A and B were 83.64% and 81.63% respectively. It was no difference of the blastocyst rates in group A and B(P0.05). Conclusion It maybe improve the development of mouse embryos in vitro by appropriate medium volume.
