On Chen Duxiu's Rethinking about Democracy during the Resistance War against Japan

In the period of the Resistance War against Japan, Chen Duxiu,from the perspectives of the resistance war,nation-founding,the world's anti-fascism and experience of socialist construction in the Soviet Union,rethought about democracy and developed his unique democratic ideology.He argued that democracy is the permanent goal that mankind pursues,a democracy of the masses should be carried out in socialist countries,and in the course of building socialist democracy socialist countries should draw on the valuable experience of bourgeois democracy.
