Abstract
A harmonious society is a concept of governing put forth by the new leadership of China.Harmonious society respond to the constitution in regard with the political system.Constitution guarantees social stability and balances power.It promotes respect for as well as protection of human rights,which therefore is benefitial to the building of a harmonious society.
