Abstract
Aluminum in the wet-digested food was determined by tantalum-coated graphite tube-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with matrix modifier. Results showed that the linear range is between 0 and 50 μg/L with r =0.9996,RSD of 2.98% and recovery rate of 98.6% to 100.5%.The detection limit of the method is 0.27 pg.The sample analysis results measure up.This method is simple, rapid and accurate with satisfactory results.
