Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy,in order to improve the early diagnosis level of ectopic pregnancy.Method The uterine endometrial thickness and blood flow parameters were observed in 76 cases of early intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy stage, and the test results were compared with the final pregnancy outcomes. Results The endometrial thickness in intrauterine pregnancy group was thicker than ectopic pregnancy group, and the difference was significant(P0.05).In intrauterine pregnancy group(n=40),29 cases of uterine artery showed spiral arteries, the showing rate was 73%;in ectopic pregnant group(n=36),2 cases showed blood signal in spiral arteries, the indicating rate was 5.6%;the spiral artery showing rate between the two groups showed significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is the main method for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and early detection of endometrial spiral artery showing rate can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of ectopic pregnancy.
