Application value of transvaginal color Doppler scanning in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of transvaginal color Doppler scanning in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ectopic pregnancy were respectively examined by transvaginal color Doppler scanning and abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography,diagnosis accuracy rate of two methods were compared.120 patients with intrauterine pregnancy in our hospital were selected in the same period as control group,vaginal ultrasound image characteristics of the ectopic pregnancy group and the control group was compared.Results Outcomes of vaginal ultrasound accuracy rate was 97.50%,while abdominal ultrasound accuracy rate was 67.50%,there was significant difference in two inspection accuracy (χ2=37.40,P 0.01).Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonnography had a higher diagnostic rate than abdominal ultrasonnography in foetal sac type and enclosed mass type;the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Endometrial thickness in the control group [(1.31±0.12) cm] was obviously higher than that in ectopic pregnancy group [(1.03±0.42) cm];uterine artery RI value (0.81±0.08) and spiral artery RI value (0.61±0.11) were significantly lower than that in ectopic pregnancy group [(0.91±0.06) and (0.76±0.08)],the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler scanning has higher accuracy to ectopic pregnancy,and can be used as the preferred method for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
