Abstract

Objective:The purpose of this study was to optimize carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity model in Kunming mice with respect to dose. Methods:Different dosages of carbon tetrachloride were given to Kunming mice by abdominal injection.Serum ALT,AST were analyzed. Moreover, the morphological change of mice liver tissue were observed by routine pathology technique(HE) after administration CCl4.Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of serum ALT and AST in 0.3% and 0.2% groups increased significantly(p0.05).Conclusion:0.2% 10ml/kg was the best dose of carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity model in Kunming mice.
