Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Zhijishu lotion. METHODS: Phellodendron chinense, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Sanguisorbae in Zhijishu lotion was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC spots of the constituents were clear, well-separated and specific. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.237 5～1.900 0 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.30%(RSD=0.03%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The established quality standard is applicable for the quality control of Zhijishu lotion.
