Quality standard for Fuyanqing lotion

Abstract

Aim To establish the quality standard for Fuyanqing lotion.Methods The sophora,Phellodendron amurense,Cortex Dictamni and gentian in Fuyanqing lotion were identified by TLC,and content of Osthol of selinum japenious seed in Fuyanqing lotion was determined by HPLC.Results The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well.The linear range of Osthol was 5.92～59.20 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 98.83%,and RSD was 0.65%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Fuyanqing lotion.
