Abstract

A new convenient high pressure hydrothermal decomposition method for detection of metal element in food and organism materials is reported. The food and organism materials can be decomposed quickly and completely under high pressure hydrothermal condition. Considering all sectors, the best decomposition condition for ordinary food and organism material is 120 ℃,3 hours, and the ratio of sample weight(gram)to volume of nitrate acid (millilitre )is 1 to 3, the ratio of sample weight (gram)to volume of H 2O 2(millilitre)is 1 to 1. The recovery of lead in 95 8%~\{104\^5%\} and the recovery of copper is 96 5%~102 2% in this experiment. This modthod is proved to be practical, convenient and accurate.
