Abstract
A new convenient high pressure hydrothermal decomposition method for determination of lead in food and organism materials is reported. The food and organism materials can be decomposed quickly and completely under the hitgh pressure hydrothermal condition.Considering all sectors, the best decomposition condition for ordinary food and organism materials is 120℃,3 h,and the ratio of sample weight(g) to volume of nitrate acid (mL)is 1 to 3,the ratio of sample weight(g)to volume of H 2O 2(mL)is 1 to 1.The recovery of lead is 95.8%~104.5% in the experiment. This method is proved to be pratical, convenient and accurate.
