Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between left ventriculardiastole function eft ventricular ejection fraction and the severity of coronary artery lesion in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients before and after PCI.Methods 122 patients who were treated with PCI were classified as high-score group(30)and low-score group(30)according to the results of coronary angiography CAG,the left ventricular diastole function and left ventricular ejection fraction EF was analyzed before and after treatment with PCI for 1 month by Dappler echocardiography, and EF and E/F were measured. Results The levels of EF after treatment with PCI for 1 month in low-score group or high-score group were significantly higher than those before treatment with PCI(P0.01 or 0.05).The degree of development of EF after treatment with PCI for 1 month in high-score group was higher than that in low-score group. However, there was no significant difference in E/A in low-score group or high-score group before and after PCI(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction after PCI have obvious improvement whether the coronary artery lesions are severe or not before the operation, and the effect for the patients whose CHD is severer on the improvement of systolic function of left ventricle is more remarkable.
