Abstract

Regional innovation ability is the fundamental condition for supporting regional economic development and improving the whole industry competitive capability.It is the key factor in the world to decide the status of region to participate in the internationalized labor division.The paper uses the related theory about regional innovation system to analyze the factors affecting regional economic development,get over the main obstacles restricting by bringing forward the proper policies.
