Efficacy observation of Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma.Methods:48 cases of children with control difficult asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group treated with GINA and Montelukast for 3-6 months,the control group treated with GINA.Results:After 6 months of treatment in treatment group,the asthma attack times and attack time were less than the control group,and significantly improved lung function.Conclusion:Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma can reduce the asthma attack times and attack time,and improve the lung function.
