Abstract
To get current-mode sinusoidal oscillator with high frequency, high accuracy, high stability and easy to be integrated, three CCⅡs were employed to design the oscillator with double loops on the basis of bandpass and lowpass feature of the basic RC network. The frequency of the oscillator was greater than 2 MHz.The amplitude and frequency of the oscillator could be tuned independently.Since the frequency of oscillation is dependent on the resistance ratio, the oscillator exhibited high accuracy and high stability.Since one capacitor was earthed and another one was with virtual ground, the oscillator was easy to be integrated. The oscillator had good selectivity. It was proved by computer simulation that the presented circuit was valid and effective.
