Abstract
To get current-mode sinusoidal oscillator with high frequency,high accuracy,high stability and easy to be integrated,on basis of the basic RC network,A current mode sinusoidal oscillator with double loops was presented by 2 AOA's.The frequency of the oscillator is greater than 200MHz.The magnitude and frequency of the oscillator can be tuned independently.Since the frequency of oscillation is dependent on the resistance ratio,the oscillator has high accuracy.Since the input of AOA in the oscillator is virtual ground,the stray capacitance associated with the circuit is smaller,and the frequency of the oscillator has high stability.Since a capacitor is earthed,and other is virtual ground,the oscillator is easy to be integrated.The oscillator has good selectivity.Compute simulating was conducted,and the result shows that the presented circuit is valid and effective.
