Abstract
LTR retrotransposons in potato(Solanum tuberosum) genome were analyzed by LTR-FINDER software.Results showed that there were 4 725 full-length LTR retrotransposons with average length of 7 393 bp,accounting for about 4.95% of potato genome bases.The length of LTR in LTR retrotransposons was 786 bp.Phylogenetic tree showed that LTR retrotransposons of potato had high genetic diversity and high heterogeneity.
