Abstract

The compositions of LTR retrotransposon of 19 chromosomes in the grape genome were analyzed based on the LTR-FINDER.The results showed that 5 470 LTR retrotransposons were detected,occupying about 10.7% of grape genome.The analysis of LTR retrotransposons laid the foundation for further development of the grape variety’s identification and genetic diversity analysis.
