Effect of the zadaxin dilution on oral ulcer after chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the zadaxin dilution on oral ulcer after chemotherapy. Methods Sixty eight patients who got an oral ulcer after the chemotherapy were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The patients of the treatment group daub the dilution of zadaxin on the ulcer. The drug of the control group was Xileisan instead of. Finally contrasted the effect between the two groups. Results The treatment group got a shorter healing time and lower pain index than the control group(t=7.55,5.46,P0.05). Conclusions Zadaxin dilution has a better effect in treating the oral ulcer after chemotherapy.
