On the Construction of Organization and Migrant Workers of New Generation's City Integration

Based on the surveys carried on in Nanning,this paper investigates the current situation,problems and obstacles of the integration into cities of a new generation of migrant workers,and suggests relative measures and proposals to promote the integration into cities from the perspective of social organization construction.The author believes that guidance and support from social organizations are needed to help the new generation of migrant workers to establish their identity and values during the process of integration into cities.Social organizations are what the migrant workers depend on when they integrate themselves into the city,therefore,sound and formal organizations should be set up among the new generation of migrant workers to fully activate their initiative and creativity,improve their ability of participation and degree of participation in political and community affairs and promote a stable life,employments and successful city integration.
